OUR RETURN POLICY: There is a 30 day return policy for all books purchased through our site. In addition, we offer a 1 YEAR return policy for any comic that exhibits restoration we did not disclose, and would result in a restored (purple) label from CGC. Our restoration check is second to none in the industry, which allows us to offer such an extended return policy.
MAKE AN OFFER: Typically we do not negotiate on any new listings for at least 30 days. If you would like to make an offer on any books, simply email us what you're interested in.
TIME PAYMENTS: We offer time payments up to 3 months. Once you're approved, the minimum amount for time payment orders is $1,000 with a deposit of 25%, and equal payments made regularly depending on payment plan. If any payment is over 30 days late, a 10% penalty will be levied. Books cannot be removed or exchanged without approval.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT: We currently accept Paypal, cashier's checks, money orders, personal checks (must be approved beforehand) and VISA/Mastercard. Credit cards can be called in to 972-345-2505 or provided at the end of checkout.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping is calculated once you check out with your items in the shopping cart. All packages are shipped via FedEx Ground, fully insured with the exception of P.O. boxes and foreign orders, which ship via USPS. Foreign orders are $25 for the first CGC book and $5 for each additional. Canadian shipping is $15 for the first CGC book and $3 for each additional.
All comics are packed securely between cardboard inside sturdy boxes. Please allow 3 business days to process and ship your order, barring holidays and conventions. Thank you!
